Comprehensive vocational evaluation sets an objective base that develops an individualized vocational plan. The assessment identifies motivators (interests and personality factors), aptitudes and achievements (readiness to work). These factors combine to form vocational options in terms of job names and related labor market conditions. Our assessments also incorporate medical, physical, behavioral, educational, cultural, and local job market information. We offer recommendations for further services for return to work planning. When referred for placement, our placement specialists spend considerable time with these employers to help clients become employed in the most time-effective way.
